At CrossFit Brownwood we believe good nutrition is the foundation of health and fitness. Our approach to nutrition is simple: Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.

We understand, however, that each person has different goals and different lifestyles and no single diet prescription is perfect for everyone. We spend time in each of our programs talking about healthy nutrition approaches and we will work with you individually to find the right approach for your goals and lifestyle.
