No serious reading on here for today, but I did want to remind you of some upcoming events in the gym:
- This Friday, July 11 @ 6:30pm - The CrossFit Summer League is back with event 3. If you are not participating in the league but interested to see what all the talk is about, this is the Friday to check it out. More like a game than a workout, event 3 will be sure to entertain.
- Thursday, July 17 - Bring-a-Friend Day. Your chance to bring your family and/or friends to any class. We will have a fun partner workout planned so they can workout right beside you and get a taste of the fun we have in CrossFit.
- July 28 - August 21 - Our second CrossFit Kids Summer session. We still have spaces available for k-8yo classes and 9-12yo classes - morning or evening. Go here to sign your child up.
