Probably no better day than Thursday to talk a little about soreness. If you have already hit a few workouts this week you know what soreness is. But do you know that there are things you can do to help alleviate and minimize that soreness?
Yesterday BoxLife Magazine published an article explaing DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) and 5 ways you can alleviate it.
Read the article and see if there is anything you can improve in your weekly routine and recovery. Take note of #3 - Don't want to spoil it but it has to do with nutrition. There really is no way around getting your diet in check if you want to succeed inside and outside the gym. You just cannot out-train a bad diet.
